Frequently Asked Questions

I take a sensitive, non-judgemental approach. That means no cry it out, and I don’t discriminate. It is OK if you choose to bed-share, room share, or sleep in a separate room from your child. I advocate and promote safe sleeping habits, while still understanding and tailoring my support to any family.

I want to support families any way I can, so there are tons of free resources here on my website “The Blog,” as well as my social media - Facebook and Instagram. I also offer free discovery calls to chat with you to answer any of your questions and see if my support packages fit your situation. My support packages range from 2-3 weeks of hands-on-support. We review what you are looking for, make a plan, and then work for 2-3 weeks together. For that time, you can contact me *almost any time of day with any questions you have and we can troubleshoot, tweak things, and celebrate wins along the way.

Absolutely! I especially encourage a pause if your child gets sick, or has a good bout with teething.. etc. When your child is trying really hard to fight off something, it will be extra difficult to focus/learn something new or break a habit. Same goes for parents, I want you to be in the best position possible to support your child or implement a new strategy and if something comes up, we can put a pause on support.

Right from the get-go! The first step of developing healthy sleep habits is starting a bedtime routine with your newborn. From 0-4 months, there are aspects (like their sleep environment and routine) that you can focus on to support your babe’s sleep as they develop. Around 4 months old is when they begin to establish their adult sleep rhythms and that is when you can begin to use some other strategies to support their sleep or help them through any bumps in the road.
