It is OK if you choose to bed-share, room share, or sleep in a separate room from your child. I advocate and promote safe sleeping habits, while still understanding and tailoring my support to any family.

We can stop at any time and start back up when you're ready. I encourage a pause if your child gets sick, or has a good bout with teething.. etc. When your child is trying really hard to fight off something, it will be extra difficult to focus/learn something new or break a habit.
Same goes for parents, I want you to be in the best position possible to support your child or implement a new strategy and if something comes up, we can put a pause on support.
Right from the get-go! The first step of developing healthy sleep habits is starting a bedtime routine with your newborn. From 0-4 months, there are aspects (like their sleep environment and routine) that you can focus on to support your babe’s sleep as they develop. You can also do crib-side comfort at any age!
Around 4 months old is when they begin to establish their adult sleep rhythms and that is when you can begin to use some other strategies to support their sleep or help them through any bumps in the road.
Unfortunately, my services are not covered under any insurance/benefit plans. If you have coverage through a social worker or government program, you can request my services be covered.
